How long does it take to process my visa application?

You can obtain a Dubai visa in 24-72 hours. However, in some cases, additional documents may be required, which may extend the processing time more than usual.The different types of visas

1. Tourist Visa

The tourist visa, as its name suggests, is intended for people who wish to visit the city for leisure purposes. You can obtain this visa if you are sponsored by a UAE airline, tour operator or hotel. This visa is for people who cannot apply for a visa-free entry or a visa upon arrival in the UAE. Women under the age of 18 can only apply for this visa if they are traveling with their parents.

There are two types of tourist visas :

1. 30 day tourist visa: This visa is valid for 58 days from the date of issue. It allows you to stay in the UAE for 30 days. You can also extend this visa for an additional 30 days without having to leave the country.

2. 90 Day Tourist Visa: You can opt for a 90 day tourist visa if you wish to stay longer. However, to extend this visa, you will have to leave the country and can return after one month.

2. Transit Visa

You wish to make a quick stopover in Dubai during your long stopover? If so, you will need a transit visa to do so. The transit visa is for stopovers of more than 8 hours. The airlines you are traveling with can arrange the visa for you before your tour. It is usually 48 or 96 hours in length. This visa cannot be extended or renewed. You will need the reservation tickets for your destination when you apply for this visa.

3. Visitor Visa

This visa is for people who wish to meet a friend or relative residing in the UAE. Your relative or friend residing in the UAE can sponsor you and apply for your visa through the GDRFA office. Obtaining the permit may take a few days. The original permit must be presented at the airport, while the copy will be sent to you by email or fax. You will then be able to pick up the original permit at the airport. Make sure you have a copy of your permit when you enter the UAE.

4. Work Visa

The work permit, work card or work visa are issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emirates. This visa is valid for two months from the date of issue darik elwan. You no longer need a certificate of good conduct to apply for a work visa in Dubai.


 

5. Residence Visa

The residence visa can be considered as an upgrade of the work visa. To obtain the residence visa, you can apply for the Emirates identity card. To obtain the Emirati identity card, you must provide a medical certificate and medical insurance. This ID will signify that you are a valid resident of the UAE. It also allows you to sponsor your family members in the UAE.

6. Business Visa

The business visa is for people who wish to set up a business in the UAE. It is part of the gold visa system and foreigners can obtain a long-term residence permit in the country. The applicant must complete the protocols of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
